Payment Details
Payments can be made by cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. (There may be a small fee for using a credit card).
There are three ways to pay:
1. Paying online using our secure online payment system
2. By phone on 01225 464648
3. Sending a cheque to us for the full amount. Please note, if you pay by cheque your order may take longer to process
Postage Costs
Postage and packaging on all orders is £3.00.
Sizing
With the exeption of baby and toddlers, sizes are shown by age and chest measurement.
Please Note that the chest sizes shown are 'to fit chest of'. For example if your child measures 22/24 - that size shirt will fit.

Embroidery Designs
To view size and cost of embroidery designs - click on chosen embroidery. Please note that embroidery designs will automatically be placed centre chest on garments unless there is a zip or buttons in which case they will be placed on the left hand chest. If you require a number or your own text you may request the position.
Print Designs
There is an example of each print design on a shirt to give you an idea of the size and position of where the print will be. You can also view 'print samples' along the top of the website to see samples of prints with names and slogans.
Prices
All prices are quoted in £ Sterling.
Delivery
For orders with no printing or embroidery, please allow 10 days. Please allow 21 days for embroidered and printed items.
Returns and Exchanges
Items which have not been personalised may be returned for an exchange or credit note within ten days of purchase provided they have not been worn.
Items which have been personalised may not be returned unless faulty. Therefore please select size and design carefully before making an order.
